Parish Administrator - Part Time St. Clement’s Episcopal Church is seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvy Parish Administrator to support the daily life and ministry of our parish. The Parish Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manages communications and publications, maintains church parishioner records and databases, and provides administrative support to the clergy, Vestry, and ministry leaders. The Administrator reports directly to the Rector. Key responsibilities include: •Answering phones, managing mail and email, and welcoming visitors •Preparing weekly bulletins, Prayers of the People, and the Friday e-newsletter •Processing visitor cards and updating and maintaining membership records •Supporting online giving through ACST Realm and basic financial/Outreach administrative tasks •Ordering and managing office supplies •Attending Vestry meetings and preparing minutes •Assisting with the Parochial Report, Safe-Church plus background-check compliance, and stewardship support Qualifications: •Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Realm parishioner management software, plus Canva, MailChimp, Wix and other design and communication software. •Clear written and verbal communication skills •Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers To apply, please send a resume and brief cover letter to stclements@stclementscanton.org. Youth Minister - Part Time Are you passionate about nurturing faith in young people? Do you have a heart for building safe, Christ-centered relationships with youth through teaching, music, and fun? St. Clement’s Episcopal Church is seeking a Part-Time Youth Minister to lead and grow our youth ministry program. The youth minister will develop and lead programs that engage youth in our church and the wider Episcopal Diocese. This part-time position includes weekly Sunday and Wednesday responsibilities, as well as planning and coordination of special events and retreats, Weekly Duties: Attend and support worship on Sunday mornings. Lead Wednesday night youth gatherings that include a mix of music, teaching, discussion, relationship-building, and fun activities. Ongoing Responsibilities: Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all youth. Build meaningful relationships with youth and their families. Coordinate youth participation in diocesan events such as retreats, conferences, and mission opportunities. Work closely with the rector, staff, and volunteers to integrate youth into the life of the parish. Communicate regularly with youth, parents, and the congregation about events and opportunities. Ensure that all programming adheres to the Episcopal Church’s Safe Church standards. Qualifications A committed Christian with a heart for youth ministry. Experience working with middle and/or high school youth (volunteer or professional). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead engaging programs that balance faith formation, fun, and community-building. Comfortable using music (live or recorded) as part of youth gatherings. Willingness to be trained in and follow Safe Church policies. Familiarity with the Episcopal Church is a plus but not required.
